Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front office operations at a luxury retreat clinical wellness property. The role involves guest assistance, daily financial reconciliation, and ensuring smooth night-time procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and late-night inquiries

Perform daily revenue reconciliation, billing, and audit reports

Ensure all transactions are posted accurately in the system

Handle reservation updates, room allocations, and guest records

Conduct property walk-throughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security

Address guest concerns promptly during night hours

Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for night operations

Maintain logs, reports, and communication for the morning shift

Ensure compliance with wellness and hospitality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in front office or night audit roles

Strong knowledge of PMS and night auditing processes

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Live-in readiness as per the property's requirement
