Role & responsibilities
1 Lead research initiatives to evaluate and optimize agronomic practices, including soil health, crop rotation, and pest management strategies.
2 Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve yield and sustainability.
3 Conduct field trials and analyze data to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholder.
4 Mentor and train junior agronomists and filed staff, fostering a culture of continous improvement and knoweldge sharing.
5 Engage with farmers and agricultural partners to translate research findings into practical applications.
6 Stay current with industry trends, technologies and regulations to ensure our practices remain cutting edge and complaint.
