Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical SEO Executive to manage and implement technical SEO strategies for our website. This role requires a deep understanding of how search engines work, a strong grasp of on-page SEO, and the ability to handle technical tasks related to website performance and SEO optimization. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to improving organic search rankings, optimizing website performance, and ensuring search engine visibility across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile optimization, and URL structure.
• Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content for search engines.
• Ensure proper internal linking and structure of the website to support both user experience and SEO best practices.
• Monitor and improve the website's technical health, including crawlability, indexing, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Search Console, , XML sitemaps, canonical tags, SEO plugins like RankMath, and redirects.
• Monitor website performance and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Website Auditor, etc.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO Technical task performance and track progress, identify opportunities, and report to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development and updates.
• Provide technical SEO insights and recommendations to content creators and digital marketing teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the SEO industry.
• Suggest innovative strategies to enhance the website's Technical SEO performance and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on technical SEO.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
• Experience with website audits, keyword research, and technical issue resolution.
• Understanding of the latest SEO trends, updates, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with website auditor tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Website Auditor.
• Knowledge of website speed optimization tools and techniques.
• Experience with structured data ) and rich snippets.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., PHP, MySQL) is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact SEO.
• Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse expertise.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
