Job description

CMDB and Discovery strategy roadmap and Organization change mgmt

Enablement of CMDB strategy along with defined roadmap and milestones with vendors

Configure CIs based on different request types addmodifydecom in CMDB

Configuring Discovery process for new CIs as part of Infra and application built and golive

Attend CMDB governance meetings with various stakeholders like ATOS OBS App owners Infra networking and storage

To perform manual server to application mapping for nondiscoverable CIs based on inputs from App owners and support personnel

Provide necessary Infra and Application owner contacts for CMDB data update for nondiscoverable attributes access related support required for Discovery process

Review Discovery failures and take required action to fix the failures

Configure CMDB enhancements as per process owners review and approvals

Meetings with other stake holders vendors to synchronize their assets and CIs in ServiceNow CMDB

CMDB verification and validation activities are performed with OBS vendor OBS to verify and validate the same

Configuring the cloud devices integrating with different ServiceNow Connectors using OOB flow designers

CMDB Discovery best practices and recommendations

Develop customize Automate and integrate service now CMDB
