Position: Senior Trainer – City Expansion TeamLocation: Bangalore (with frequent travel across cities)Company: Amadora Gourmet Ice CreamAs Amadora continues to grow across India, we're building a City Expansion Team to ensure our brand, values, and standards are delivered seamlessly at every new location. We're looking for a Senior Trainer who will play a lead role in training new teams, standardizing operations, and ensuring every scoop, cookie, and smile feels just like Amadora—no matter the city. Key Responsibilities:Lead training programs for new store openings in expansion cities
Train and certify staff at all levels: Associates, Senior Associates, and Shift ManagersConduct pre-opening operational audits to ensure SOP compliance
Implement Amadora's training modules, tools, and feedback systems
Liaise with HR and Operations to identify training needs and close performance gaps
Monitor post-opening performance and retrain where necessary
Maintain training logs, certification records, and onboarding progress trackers
Ensure consistent brand experience across all franchise and company-owned stores
Who You Are:4–6 years of experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality training
Strong background in operations and team development
Excellent communicator, motivator, and hands-on problem solver
Willing to travel frequently (20+ days/month) for city launches and training camps
Passionate about building teams and setting high standards
