Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Madhavaram. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, and ensuring efficient loan processing and disbursement. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for employee training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, especially home loans
• Proven sales and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in compliance and regulatory requirements related to home financing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
