Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing, branding, and digital communication initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want real-time exposure to digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution in a fast-growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts.

  • Support LinkedIn and Instagram branding activities.

  • Track engagement metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.

Content Support

  • Draft short-form content: captions, posts, blogs, newsletters.

  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations and case studies.

Campaign Assistance

  • Support execution of email and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct competitor and market research for campaign planning.

Branding & Events

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives.

  • Coordinate with HR for internal events and promotional activities.

Website & SEO Support

  • Help with basic website content updates.

  • Support keyword research and simple SEO tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recent graduates (2023/2024) with 80%+ academics (as per internship eligibility).

  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work full-time on-site and bring own laptop.

  • Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Canva/Figma or any design tool.

  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools (added advantage).
