Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues on time.
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language).
- Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
