Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The candidate should have strong expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions (text summarization, Q&A, content generation, code generation, etc.).
• Build and optimize Text to SQL pipelines to enable natural language querying of structured data.
• Hands on experience with LLMs for time series forecasting (Eg. Time GPT)
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained foundation models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, etc.) on domain-specific datasets.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
• Develop Lang Chain- or LangGraph-style orchestration workflows with multi-agent setups.
• Collaborate with MLOps/Engineering teams to ensure scalable deployment and monitoring of GenAI solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify new AI-driven automation and augmentation opportunities.
• Research & Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in GenAI methodologies and tools. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve solutions.

Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science/ML and strong expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases

Education:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with transformer models
• Hands-on with vector DBs and semantic search.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Good understanding of MLOps practices (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with Azure cloud platform & Data Bricks
