Location: Noida Sec 63

Experience Required: 0.6 to 1 year in SEO and Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy:

  2. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions.

  3. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

  4. On-Page Optimization:

  5. Optimize website elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs to align with SEO best practices.

  6. Ensure website content is SEO-friendly, with proper use of keywords, internal linking, and structure.

  7. Off-Page Optimization & Link Building:

  8. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.

  9. Manage and optimize off-page activities, including outreach, guest blogging, and social media engagement.

  10. Technical SEO:

  11. Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexing.

  12. Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and ensure the website is following the latest search engine guidelines.

  13. Content Strategy:

  14. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.

  15. Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  16. Analytics & Reporting:

  17. Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and analyze traffic trends.

  18. Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, including insights and actionable recommendations.

  19. Competitive Analysis:

  20. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in SEO strategies.

  21. Stay updated with industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page SEO techniques.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website administration.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
