Job Description:
Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
Performs maintenance and repairs.
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
Proactively responds to potential equipment issues.
Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule under Service Manager
Co-ordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirements
Experience with maintaining refrigeration systems like freezers, compressors,etc.
Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
Experience with the Lab Automation and spectroscopy solutions is desired but not essential
• Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.
Enjoy travelling and visiting customers. (Above 80%).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar position
Industry Preference: Life science, Health Care and Allied Medical Disciplines.
Education: A BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics/Instrumentation/Biomedical Instrumentation within the science field -- e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar
Salary: Up to 25k per month
Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, New Delhi
