We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to manage the construction and development of our upcoming resort projects in South Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, line-leveling skills, and the ability to get work done through contractors and workers as per architects designs.

This is a site-based role and the candidate should be willing to relocate and stay at the project sites during construction and pre-opening phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out line-leveling, site marking, and layout work as per architects' drawings and structural plans.
  • Supervise and monitor on-site civil works including structural, finishing, and landscaping activities.
  • Ensure execution of work as per architects' and consultants' designs.
  • Get work done effectively by labor teams.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for timely project execution.
  • Maintain strict control on quality, safety, and material usage at the site.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to management.
  • Assist in execution of resort infrastructure (internal roads, drainage, water supply, sewage, landscaping, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth handover of the project for resort pre-opening readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of experience in civil construction (resort, hotel, or commercial projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of line-leveling, layout marking, structural work, and finishing standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and site workers.
  • Good understanding of construction methods, material management, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and stay at project sites (Uchedia – Bharuch District & Wilson Hills – Valsad District) during execution.
