Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.

  • Perform functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing.

  • Identify, record, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or similar.

  • Use mobile device emulators and real devices for cross-platform testing.

  • Support automated testing using tools like Python (optional but preferred).

  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of experience in mobile testing (iOS and Android).

  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms, UI/UX design principles, and device fragmentation issues.

  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of automation tools like PyTest and Python (preferred).

  • Experience in API testing using Postman or similar.

  • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.

  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
