Shakthi Auto Company is seeking motivated and dedicated CNC Machine Operators to join our production team in Erode. The role includes a short two-day training program, after which candidates will operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components as per company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC machines efficiently.
  • Measure, inspect, and ensure production quality standards are met.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Report equipment issues and follow maintenance protocols.
  • Complete assigned production targets within given timelines.

Training:

  • Duration: 2 Days (Provided by company)
  • Includes basic machine operation, safety, and quality process training.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000/month (in-hand)

Overtime Pay: Approx. ₹2,000/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹500 (for 26 days present)

Referral Bonus: ₹1,000 per candidate referred

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age: Below 35 years
