Job Description:

Location: Pune – Kharadi (Work from Office)

Mode: Full-Time | Walk-in Interview Required

Eligibility

  • Education: Graduate (Any Field)
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (no MTI/RTI)
  • Strong communication & customer handling skills

Compensation

  • Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
  • Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on communication & interview performance)

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Rotational shifts
  • Female candidates – Day shift till 8 PM
  • Male candidates – Full rotational shifts
  • Working Days: 6 days/week

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contact and advise potential customers on suitable insurance products (outbound calling).
  • Handle customer support queries and provide accurate information.
  • Build trust with customers and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document all interactions and escalate unresolved/complex issues as required.
