Role: Sr QA Engineer

Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with over 4 years of experience in Veeva CRM functional testing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive test cases, executing test scripts, validating system functionalities, and generating reports as per business and client requirements. The role requires strong domain knowledge of Veeva CRM and the ability to ensure high-quality delivery through systematic testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional testing of Veeva CRM applications to validate workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Design, document, and execute manual test scripts based on requirements and use cases.
• Generate QA reports and provide test status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform defect logging, tracking, and revalidation until closure.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate testing.
• Validate enhancements, change requests, and production releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in processes and suggesting optimizations.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in QA with a focus on Veeva CRM Functional Testing.
• Strong knowledge of pharma/healthcare domain processes (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in test case preparation, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM workflows, configuration, and reporting modules.
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with business users and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
