Description:
The D365 CRM Consultant is involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions from inception to go-live and on-going support. As a D365 technical Consultant you will be part of technical implementation team on the D365 CRM products, PowerApps, Power Portals and Azure platform. You will utilize standard implementation methodologies to deliver compelling solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of development process with the engineering team.
- Design and build D365 solutions that meet client objectives.
- Utilize your knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
- Business and systems analysis and documentation
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
- Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
- Application configuration and setup
- Provide system training to both internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
- Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise.
- Participate within data migrations, integrations, report design and design of security
Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:
- Microsoft D365 CE development experience to include integrations and data migration techniques.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience with PowerApps portals/ Power Pages, Power Automate, Azure integration services
- Good Experience in writing MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, custom Web Applications, SSRS, SSIS, CRM integrations, outlook integration, Dynamics Portals
- Knowledge of latest MS .Net Framework 4 using C#, .Net Core and Core, knowledge of design patterns.
- Web Technologies – HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET, MVC, Javascript, Angular, Web API, Restful services.
- Experience with SOA, Rest and Micro Services Architectural principle and patterns.
- Experience with Azure platform development, PowerApps, PowerBI, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing
- Experience in Azure Dev ops Build and MS Release Management
- Dynamics CRM Development utilizing CRM SDK, XRMToolBox, Visual Studio, etc.
- Agile Development experience.
- Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding and assimilating information from various sources.
- A clear ability to organize your own time and resources.
- Effective and clear written communication skills.
- Dynamics 365, Power Platform certifications are mandatory.
