Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain Pega workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.
  • Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega Case Management.
  • Proficiency in Pega tools such as Pega Designer Studio, Pega Express, and Pega Decisioning.
  • Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Pega development.
