We are seeking a smart, presentable individual with excellent communication skills to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lien accounts, liaising with law enforcement agencies, coordinating data collection, and making key operational decisions. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently and decisively with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor lien accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations
  • Handle fraud-related complaints received from law enforcement agencies
  • Receive, review, and assess incoming police complaints from various sources, including law enforcement authorities
  • Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, analyse facts, and assess the viability of complaints
  • Collaborate with legal and internal teams to build strong cases
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all complaints, case progress, and relevant documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for government agencies, including law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other relevant departments
  • Make informed decisions regarding banking operations in accordance with company policies and legal frameworks
  • Travel throughout India as required

Key Requirements:
  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate, Fintech, Banking or Telecom sector with excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach
  • Presentable and confident when interacting with officials and clients
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across India is mandatory
