  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure management, patching, and Linux systems to lead and deliver critical technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong project management skills, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives.

#### Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects, with a focus on Linux server patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure patching windows are planned, communicated, and executed with minimal disruption.
  • Drive patch management lifecycle including assessment, scheduling, testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
  • Manage risk, issue tracking, and mitigation plans related to infrastructure changes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements for infrastructure and patching processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership for all patching-related activities.
  • Oversee change management processes, approvals, and documentation in line with ITIL practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

#### Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven expertise in Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure patching cycles, vulnerability management, and security hardening.
  • Experience with patch management tools (e.g., Ansible, Satellite, WSUS, SCCM, BigFix, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, change management, and incident/problem management.
  • Familiarity with Windows server patching is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
  • PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or Agile certification preferred.

#### Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure patching and security.
  • Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) patching.
  • Experience in automation frameworks for patching and compliance.
