We are looking for a highly skilled
SAP S/4HANA Security & GRC Consultant
with
6–8 years of experience
, preferably in the
utility business sector
. This role is critical for safeguarding SAP systems, protecting sensitive business data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
SAP Security design, implementation, and monitoring
, along with deep knowledge of
SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
. You will be working closely with business and technical teams to design secure solutions, mitigate risks, and drive compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    SAP S/4HANA security strategies
    and role-based access controls.
  • Manage
    user lifecycle processes
    using SAP GRC Access Control tools.
  • Conduct
    risk assessments, security audits, and compliance checks
    .
  • Monitor threats, investigate security incidents, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and audit functions.
  • Provide
    security training & awareness sessions
    .
  • Maintain documentation and manage
    security patch updates
    .

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Security & GRC
(utility business sector experience preferred).

Hands-on experience with:

  • SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM)
  • SAP Fiori & SAP HANA Database Security
  • Strong understanding of
    audit coordination & compliance
    .
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • SAP Security / GRC certifications (preferred).
