We are seeking an experienced Equity Dealer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in equity dealing and client management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English & Malayalam and capable of handling equity trading activities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trades on behalf of clients with accuracy and speed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide clients with market insights and trading strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Monitor client positions and provide risk management advice when necessary
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and KYC documentation

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Sound knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and regulatory guidelines
  • NISM certification is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related fields

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry standards
