Vacancy for Welfare Officer in Haridwar (Uttrakhand) location.
Education : MSW (Mandatory)
Role & responsibilities
- To implement and suggest proactive step to reduce workers absenteeism.
- To maintain harmonious environment & create a sense of belongings in the unit.
- To look after grievances handling process.
- To take active role in all training and development initiatives.
- To assist in recruitment and selection activities.
- To be involved in counseling of workmen.
- To assist in all festival celebration and employee engagement activities
- To ensure statutory compliance as per labour laws.
- To look after other activities as assigned by reporting manager from as and when needed.
- Responsibilities are not limited to theses only; the employee should possess a keen eye for detail, take ownership of their work, assist the labour welfare and staff welfare, and contribute to making processes more effective and streamlined.
Preferred candidate profile
Education : MSW (Mandatory)
The incumbent should have 4-10 yrs. of experience in Personnel department of a manufacturing unit. The incumbent should have through knowledge in industrial law Industrial Disputes act, Workmen compensation act, Minimum wages act, factory act.
