Responsibilities

2 Years of IT experience in supporting the Azure Cloud Infrastructure

Ready to work on a 24x7 support model Rotational Shifts

Demonstrate ownership of incident tracking triage mitigation and resolution

Adapt to a diverse and dynamic environment

Initiate process changes designed to improve efficiency

Partner with peers within the organization to enhance tools processes and customer support

Be responsible for achieving agreedupon SLAOLA targets

Demonstrate strategic thinking quantitative and analytical skills and collaboration

Ability to work under stress and handle crisis situations

Be able to extend support beyond scheduled shift hours if business demands

Participate in and facilitate bridge calls with product groups and customers when needed

Troubleshooting and Support

Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure

Collaborate with engineering teams to address and resolve incidents

Ready to extend the support beyond the working hours if there is a business requirement

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Work closely with the onsite counterpart

Work closely with internal leadership and customers

Documentation

Create and modify new or existing TSGsSOPs based on the requirements

Maintain thorough documentation of processes and troubleshooting guides

Participate in internal and external audits

Technical Skills

Good understanding and handson experience with Azure Compute Storage and Networking

Proficient in Express Route AKS API Management SQL Databases and other core components of Azure

Competent in setting up Azure monitors and Azure Backups

Proficient in Incident Management PBM Management and change management

It would be beneficial to have handson experienceunderstanding of database query languages such as SQL and KQL

Beneficial to have handson experienceunderstanding of Power BI

Beneficial to have handson experience with PowerShell

Beneficial to have handson experience with Power Automate
