Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller_Hindi at StuCred in Chennai. The Telecaller_Hindi will be responsible for making calls to college students, explaining the features and benefits of StuCred, assisting with account creation, and guiding students through the loan process.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi language for effective communication
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience or call center experience
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customers
- Comfortable with making cold calls and following scripts
- Basic knowledge of financial services and loan processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls
