Job Description for the Sr. Executive - Finance Team (USA)

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations & the general accounting function.

· Bank reconciliation & Invoicing for USA & manage the cost invoicing booking.

· Checking the cost as per the manifest

· Preparing and issuing customer invoices and account statements & matching invoices and purchase orders.

· Processes invoices to ensure information is correct and up-to-date, & prepares and issues vendor settlements.

· Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.

· Verifying payment status with Vendors/Carrier/Truckers & identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments

· Collecting revenue by reminding delinquent accounts, and notifying customers of insufficient payments

· Maintaining account ledgers by posting transactions

· Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Office Time : 2PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
