Job Description:

We have an Urgent opening for an Account Executive:

Job Responsibilities and Duties: -

 Ensure timely detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses.

 Carry on daily/weekly/monthly statutory reconciliations.

 Ensure timely Handle of all accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.

 Timely Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.

 Monitor and check all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary.

 Assist during Audits, statutory compliance work & day to day accounting activities.

 To assist in producing the monthly management accounts reports

 Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.

 Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

 Able to communicate and understand instructions.

 Manage, monitor and co-ordinate for warehouse related activities such as material inward, warehouse stock management, dispatch, transport etc.

 Carry out any documenting and filling or filed work as and when demand by company.

 Ensure error free work and within time frame.

 Report on activity to the seniors.
