About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment along with HR operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring needs.
- Use various job portals, social media platforms, and networking channels to source potential candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
