Job Description:

FLOGIC CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dynamic UK Account Manager to manage US-based client accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling US clients and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure timely communication.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance, track metrics, and provide reports.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in account management, preferably handling US clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of account management processes and client servicing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

  • Attractive base salary + performance-based commission/bonus (details to be discussed during interview).
