We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices to build scalable, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Work on Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Customize and configure standard Salesforce features to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing implementations.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for projects and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Bitbucket, or Copado (preferred).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
