Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our RCM operations, ensuring process excellence, driving efficiency, and developing talent across teams. The role demands strong leadership, strategic execution, and deep expertise in end-to-end U.S. healthcare RCM operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage end-to-end RCM functions AR, billing, audits, cash posting, MIS, reporting, and more.

• Drive operational efficiency, reduce denials, and maximize revenue outcomes.

• Scale operations while ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.

• Mentor, coach, and develop leaders and team members for long-term success.

• Leverage automation, technology, and analytics to improve productivity and outcomes.

• Partner with leadership teams to align RCM operations with business strategy.

Eligibility & Requirements


• 13 – 18 years of overall experience in RCM, with at least 8+ years in leadership roles.

• Must be from a U.S. healthcare RCM background.

• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end operations.

• Last designation should be Senior Manager / Manager (completely into RCM).

• Strong people management skills with experience in scaling operations.

• Ability to manage client expectations, SLAs, and compliance.
