Roles & Responsibilities:

As an SD consultant for support and maintenance topics, ensure incidents, service requests, and problem tickets are resolved within the KPIs and to customer satisfaction with quality resolutions.

Required Skills:
  1. Domain expertise in Sales and Distribution.
  2. Thorough knowledge of Sales Order Management.
  3. Output Management - through EDI, FILE transfer, Mail, PDF forms, Scripts, Smart forms.
  4. Very good knowledge in IDoc processing, error handling, and IDoc mapping.
  5. Very good experience in job setups, process, and job error analysis.
  6. Strong experience in delivery, shipments, picking, packing, and WM interface topics.
  7. Pricing: Configuration, error analysis.
  8. Credit Management, availability check, revenue recognition, credit/debit memo processing, sales returns, free of charge delivery, intercompany, STO, billing.
  9. Very good knowledge in GTS process: Customs, compliance, and preferences.
  10. Handling incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in SAP SD. Ability to perform configuration, master data changes, and end-to-end process flow.
  11. ABAP debugging skills, SO10 text maintenance is preferred.
  12. Cross-module knowledge: CS, MM, FICO, PP, APO, GTS is an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
  • SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, S/4 HANA, ITIL certification.
General:
  • Excellent problem-solving, consulting, and decision-making skills.
  • Handling incident, problem tickets, service, and change requests in SAP SD.
  • Mentoring, guiding, supporting, and directing associates.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Educational Qualification:
  • BE/BTECH or MBA.
Experience:
  • 6 years in SAP SD consulting.
