Job Description:
- Office management: Oversee general office operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
- Record and document management: Maintain accurate records, manage files, and handle data entry and document control.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, answer phone calls, and manage correspondence.
- Supply and inventory: Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Scheduling and meetings: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and book conference rooms.
- Travel coordination: Arrange travel, book accommodation, and prepare itineraries for business trips.
- Administrative support: Assist with HR tasks like onboarding, support finance with expense tracking, and help with other administrative duties as needed.
- Event coordination: Assist in planning and executing office events and company functions.
- Compliance: Ensure administrative processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,506.48 per month
