We are hiring on ServiceNow Technical Developer

ServiceNow Technical Developer (

Service Portal
)

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize backend components of ServiceNow Service Portal using JavaScript, Glide API, and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions).
  • Build custom APIs, integrations, and manage data flows (REST, MID Servers).
  • Ensure performance, security, and best practices compliance.
  • Collaborate with frontend/UI teams for seamless portal delivery.
  • Troubleshoot backend logic, performance, and data issues.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years in ServiceNow backend development with strong Service Portal expertise.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, Scoped Apps, Flow Designer.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA or CAD preferred.
  • Good to have: AngularJS/Bootstrap (frontend), Agentic AI frameworks, Jasmine scripting.
  • Experience in enterprise environments & Agile methodology.
