As a Principal AI Developer in our Talent Acquisition team, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI platforms that empower recruiters to make more informed, effective decisions throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. You'll be at the forefront of designing AI-driven tools that enhance candidate engagement, improve sourcing strategies, and streamline the recruitment experience.

Innovate: Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions to enhance the talent acquisition process and improve recruiter-candidate interactions.

AI Solutions for Recruiting: Create intelligent platforms that provide insights into candidate potential, career trajectories, and cultural fit by leveraging natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and data analytics.

Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and recruiting teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and drive better hiring outcomes.

Mentor & Lead: Lead and guide a talented team of AI developers and data scientists, fostering collaboration and best practices across AI development projects.

Impact: Drive the development of AI tools that influence how organizations connect with, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a proven ability to create impactful AI-driven products for real-world applications.

AI Expertise: 

• Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks with a focus on NLP, predictive modeling, and data analysis. 
• Design, build, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI systems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large-scale search.

• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn complex problems into scalable, cloud-ready AI solutions for enterprises.

• Develop models and services for decision support, anomaly detection, forecasting, recommendations, NLP/NLU, speech recognition, time series, and computer vision.

• Run experiments, explore new algorithms, and push the boundaries of AI to optimize performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.

• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in all solutions. 

We're looking for a Principal Applied Data Engineer with deep expertise in applied ML/AI, hands-on experience building production-grade solutions, and the creativity to innovate at the intersection of AI and Talent Acquisition
