Job Title: Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Perform nursing interventions and assist with medical procedures.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team
- Communicate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Assist in coordinating patient care and ensure continuity of services.
- Administrative Tasks
- Document patient information, including symptoms, treatments, medications, and progress notes.
- Update medical records in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in patient care.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid or life-saving interventions.
- Perform CPR or other resuscitative procedures when necessary.
Experience needed:
Experience in healthcare operations as a registered nurse
Management experience- has been a Team Leader for at-least 2 years
Clinical knowledge: Demonstrated
Training experience- ability to create and deliver trainings
Has been client facing in a recent role
Experience of holding an administrative role for at-least one year.
Experience of ICU, emergency, geriatric care is a plus point
Qualification:
BSc Nursing or ANM OR GNM - registered nurse
Relevant experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
