Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly reporting process for US BUs, ensuring timely delivery of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data required for record-to-report (RTR) processes.
  • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other adjusting items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules, including fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, and intercompany balances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to general ledger accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-6 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) or similar role in a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
