Location : Remote with Occasional travel to Bangalore client location

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Architect Intelligent Automation with end-to-end, hands-on experience with RPA automation and Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, design, and deliver process automation solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and digital transformation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Documentation

  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners and SMEs to understand end-to-end business processes targeted for automation.
  • Document current and future state processes, data flows, and business requirements including non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs), test plans, and UAT cases for automation initiatives.

Automation Solution Design

  • Work closely with Automation Technical Teams to design and deliver automation use cases using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA technologies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Support production issue resolution and enhancements in collaboration with business and automation teams.

AI-Driven Automation

  • Lead and support implementation of Gen AI use cases such as email, text, and conversational automation.
  • Example: enable intelligent chatbots that analyze client inquiries (e.g., pricing disputes) and automatically suggest or generate templated responses.
  • Explore ways to integrate AI models with automation workflows to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, articulating automation benefits, influencing adoption, and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT cycles with global stakeholders.

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for automation opportunities.
  • Support change management and training efforts during implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business process analysis, documentation, and automation delivery.
  • Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Generative AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Azure OpenAI) and their integration into automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of automation best practices, testing methodologies, and business case development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
