  • Tax planning and complex structures
  • Developing and delivering technical training
  • Specific financial reporting topics: revenue recognition; financial instruments;
  • off-balance sheet financing; consolidation and SPEs; banking; insurance;
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
