Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 years or more of manufacturing plant field experience

  • Knowledge of basic equipment operation, process management, and safety

  • English/Tamil communication skills

  • Major in mechanical, electrical, and production-related fields

  • Experience in similar positions such as team leader, line leader, and foreman

  • Experience in welding material production

Role & responsibilities

  • Master of the relevant process (training at Vietnam factory)

  • Direct daily work of production site workers (operators)

(In case of absence of personnel, direct facility operation)

  • Manage work man assignment and work schedule

  • Monitor production progress and report to superiors when problems occur

  • Guidance on safety rules, 5S activities, compliance with in-house standard work procedures

  • Train new workers and promote teamwork

  • Collaborate with Facility/Quality/Material Team

  • Create daily production reports and shift change handover documents/Prepare daily production reports and transfer documents for shifts

  • Participation and suggestion in process improvement activities
