Key Responsibilities:

1. Hospital Tie-ups and Partnership Development

  • Research, identify, and target Government, Semi-Government, General & Trust hospitals across Gujarat with oncology (cancer) departments and surgical capabilities.
  • Initiate engagement with hospital administrators, department heads, and surgeons to present IGFs partnership proposition.
  • Negotiate and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or agreements with hospitals.
  • Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with hospital partners.

2. Case Identification and Patient Coordination

  • Collaborate with hospital staff to identify eligible cancer surgery cases as per IGF criteria.
  • Act as the primary liaison between patients, hospitals, and IGF internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient documentation and KYC requirements.
  • Track and update patient progress throughout the treatment and post-surgery process.

3. Back-End and Administrative Support

  • Manage administrative tasks related to hospital partnerships and patient cases.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of hospital contacts, MOUs, and case records.
  • Ensure effective coordination and flow of information between hospitals and IGF teams.
  • Resolve any issues arising during pre- or post-operative processes.

4. Reporting and Communication

  • Provide regular updates to the IGF team on patient case status and partnership progress.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership activities, case volume, and key metrics.
  • Maintain transparent and professional communication with all stakeholders.

5. Tie-up with Government Schools & Administration (MAHI Project)

  • Coordinate with vendors, school administration, and internal teams for smooth implementation of the Menstrual Awareness & Hygiene Initiative (MAHI).
  • Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and support.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply and distribution of sanitary napkins in assigned schools.
  • Conduct pre- and post-assessments and awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Project Coordinator/Operations Manager.
  • Support other project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in hospital partnerships, NGO program coordination, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
  • Willingness to travel across Gujarat for hospital and school coordination.
