We are looking for a new team member who has technical and product/project management background. You are a good fit if you like to coordinate between client, stakeholders and your team, you are a good communicator who knows how to identify tool requirements and solutions

**What we are looking for:****

  • Support different teams across the company in defining business technical requirements for changes to existing systems and the design of new applications.
  • Work closely with the business owners, developers and IT support to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gain credibility and establish excellent relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Project coordination together with the team lead.
  • Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments, to achieve stakeholder sign-off and execution.

**You are a great fit for this role if you:****

  • Having at least 3 years of experience as a Product/Project Manager.
  • Analysis experience of end user systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of IT development processes, procedures and standards.
  • Ability to create functional Spec's, conceptualize feature ideas, and create & enhance user stories.
  • Proficient on managing simultaneously multiple global projects meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe CC, wireframes and prototyping tools.
  • Willingness to develop a stronger understanding of the projects technical components.
  • Previous experience on BPO industry is a plus.
