We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in bulk hiring and fast-paced recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring for multiple roles simultaneously and meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bulk hiring for sales, calling, operations, tech, and support roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
  • Ensure timely closures and reduce dropouts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mass / bulk recruitment
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and targets
  • Experience hiring for BPO, sales, operations, or startups is a plus
