Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work in Night Shift (US Healthcare / Voice Process / International BPO)
  • Basic knowledge of US Healthcare
  • Medical Billing, AR Calling, Denial Management – preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing terminologies (CPT, ICD, Modifiers) – added advantage
  • Candidates from International Voice Process, Customer Support, Call Center, or BPO background can also apply
