We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our brand's online reputation across digital platforms, monitoring feedback, and ensuring a positive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across Google, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with the marketing team to implement strategies for improving brand reputation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly ORM reports with insights and action points.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain goodwill.
• Handle negative comments/reviews tactfully and encourage positive engagement.
