IT Trainee

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing network problems.
• Collecting IT usage stats.
• Carrying out routine configuration & installation of IT solutions.
• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries and assisting users.
• Responsibility for security.
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• System performance tuning.
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.

Desired profile of the candidate:

• Having Knowledge of Desktop & Server OS, Applications, Email configuration & trouble shooting, Networking, Basic Active Directory, DNS Services
• Good Communication Skills in case of email communication/ verbal communication.
• Good problem-solving skills, organizations skills, time management.
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware & software.
• Working knowledge of IT operating systems particularly windows & Microsoft Exchange.
• Strong grasp of computer security

Job Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
