Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain document management and mailroom tools integrated within infrastructure
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Architect and implement optimal cloud-native solutions using AWS services
  • Lead pilots, POCs, and production rollouts
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Agile projects
  • Ensure performance monitoring, CI/CD setup, and compliance
  • Deliver digital automation using AI, Amazon Connect, and customer service platforms

Qualifications

  • Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
  • RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL), REST APIs, API documentation (Swagger)
  • AWS (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, Athena, Kinesis, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Contact Lens, IVR platforms (Genesys, Avaya)
  • Integration with WFM, CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Contact center technologies, WebRTC, SIP
  • Python, , .NET (good to have)
  • Strong documentation and diagramming skills (UML, Flowcharts, LucidChart)
