Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Foundry Manager located in Khanna. The Foundry Manager will oversee daily operations of the foundry, ensuring efficient production and quality compliance. Responsibilities include managing the casting processes, integrating manufacturing operations, supervising teams, and troubleshooting issues. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Foundry Management and Metal Casting processes
- Strong expertise in Casting techniques and Process Integration
- Solid knowledge of Metallurgy and its applications in manufacturing
- Experience in monitoring and improving operations for production efficiency
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate activities within strict guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the mining or metal industry is a strong advantage
