We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to develop and execute exploratory tests to ensure product quality.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical documents under guidance from senior team members.
  • Supporting the creation of clear and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Helping plan, execute, and coordinate basic testing activities.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using standard bug-tracking tools.
  • Performing basic regression testing after fixes are implemented.
  • Assisting in testing new features and existing applications to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Following defined testing processes and learning best QA practices.
  • Staying updated with basic QA tools, testing techniques, and industry trends.
  • Ability to clearly explain issues, steps to reproduce, and expected results
  • Basic testing on Web and/or Mobile applications (Android/iOS)
  • Awareness of different browsers and devices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher to 6 months of experience (internship, academic projects, or training in QA accepted).
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts, QA methodologies, and processes.
  • Ability to write clear and simple test cases and test scenarios.
  • Familiarity with manual testing; basic exposure to black-box testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for simple queries is a plus.
  • Awareness of Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Willingness to learn automation, performance, and security testing concepts.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent training)
  • Basic knowledge of test management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per year
