Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Developer who can take ownership of projects, communicate confidently with clients, and support the team through technical expertise and leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in JavaScript and any modern framework, be a quick learner, and be open to working with new and evolving technologies as per project needs.

Based on experience and interview performance, the role may be offered as a Team Lead position.

Required skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, NodeJs, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and work with new technologies as per project needs
  • Strong, confident personality with a presentable and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in team coordination or technical leadership is a plus
  • Proactive, dependable, and takes complete ownership of work

Nice to have

  • Exposure to backend technologies like , Python, etc.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodology, and project collaboration tools

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with clients to gather and understand requirements
  • Develop and deliver high-quality solutions using JavaScript and related frameworks
  • Support the full project lifecycle from initial discussion to production deployment
  • Lead and mentor junior developers when needed
  • Stay updated and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient execution of assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • (B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, MCA, or equivalent)
